Thefoodstrategists commit themselves to input their full experience and knowledge into each assignment in order to complete these successfully. The client can rely on an open, honest and truthful way of working that will enable the client to make decisions on a solid base. Thefoodstrategists can rely on the client to create such environment that the assignment can be executed properly.
The formal working relationship between thefoodstrategists and the client starts after verbal or written confirmation of the assignment by the client.
thefoodstrategists will provide an estimate costing in advance of each assignment. The budget will be presented to the client for approval. During the assignment extra activities can occur, which will be estimated and presented to the client for approval.
The client will ensure that all information for the set-up and implementation of the assignment is supplied. This also applies to the availability of employees of the organisation, which will be involved in the assignment.
Thefoodstrategists will take all possible precaution measures within the framework of cooperation to protect the interests of the client. Thefoodstrategists commit themselves to confidentiality of all information and data they receive within and during the framework of the assignment. This confidentiality also applies to the contents and the results of the assignment. Moreover thefoodstrategists will not use confidential information for own aims or with third parties.
Recommendations of thefoodstrategists are based on common insights.
The client always retains the full responsibility for all decisions. Thefoodstrategists can never be made responsible for the client’s decisions.
Thefoodstrategists will not take any responsibility for any damages unless there is factual evidence of purpose. The liability of thefoodstrategists is restricted to the amount which is covered by their insurance.
All intellectual property rights resulting from the assignment will be attributed to the client.
Tasks shorter than a month will be invoiced after conclusion. Tasks longer than a month will be invoiced per month during completion. Payments are due within 7 days after invoice date. Thereafter the legal interest rate is charged without required pre-warning.
Dutch law is applicable to all agreements.
